Family members share genes, behaviors, lifestyles, and environments that together may influence their health and their risk of chronic disease. Most people have a family health history of some chronic diseases (e.g., cancer, coronary heart disease, and diabetes) and health conditions (e.g., high blood pressure and hypercholesterolemia). People who have a close family member with a chronic disease may have a higher risk of developing that disease than those without such a family member.

Family health history is a written or graphic record of the diseases and health conditions present in your family. A useful family health history shows three generations of your biological relatives, the age at diagnosis, and the age and cause of death of deceased family members. Family health history is a useful tool for understanding health risks and preventing disease in individuals and their close relatives.

Some people may know a lot about their family health history or only a little. It is helpful to talk with family members about your health history, write this information down, and update it from time to time. This way family members will have organized and accurate information ready to share with their health care provider. Family health history information may help health care providers determine which tests and screenings are recommended to help family members know their health risk.

An evangelical pastor arrested for raping his faithful after convincing them that his pen’is contained “sacred milk” 

Sobrino Valdeci Picanto, an evangelical pastor from Brazil persuaded his followers that he practiced oral sex because it was the way he preached the word, saying that his ‘milk’ was sacred.

And this pastor said his pen’is was blessed and that “the Lord had consecrated with divine milk of the Holy Spirit” and of course, had to go around evangelizing.

“He convinced us that only God could come into our lives through the mouth”, a follower said, “Often after worship Pastor Valdeci asked us to do oral sex on him until the Holy Spirit came through ejaculation and delivered funds to the church.”

 Sobrino Valdeci Picanto, 59, was arrested in Apore Goiás, Brazil, for ra.ping several women attending his church. He gave as an excuse that his pen*s had been consecrated with “divine semen of the Holy Spirit.” 

Valdecir came to abuse some elderly and defends himself by saying that ‘he had an encounter with Jesus in a brothel and gave him the mission of spreading the sacred semen throughout the state, beginning with the faithful Apore Assembly of which he is responsible’.

Denise Pinheiro a delegate of the region said, “Valdecir was caught red-handed while rubbing his penis on the face of a local merchant, who he promised that she would make more sales in her business due to the divine liquid.
When we acted Valdecir offered no resistance and even asked if I wanted to be part of the kingdom of heaven on the way to the police station.

PDP SLAMS AISHA BUHARI, SAYS PICTURES OF PRESIDENT'S WIFE IN U.S. IS FAKE

The Ekiti State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, on Monday said Aisha Buhari’s widely-publicised journey to the United States was a carefully-choreographed deceit that should be condemned by Nigerians.

The party’s statement was circulated by Lere Olayinka, Governor Ayodele Fayose’s media aide. It argued that the trip could not have been said to be genuine as no official statement to that effect was issued by the presidency."Even the Presidency has not told anyone that wife of the President travelled to the USA and in official communications, only ignorant and mischief makers in the APC will belief that a trip to the USA will be made by Mrs Buhari and Nigerians will only get to know about it through online media,”

Mrs Buhari had on August 4 arrived  Washington D.C. as a special guest at the 25th Anniversary celebration of the Zumunta Association.

Mrs Buhari’s trip received huge media coverage in the United States and across the world, with the Voice of America interviewing her on Saturday.

But in his message on Monday, the PDP said Mrs. Buhari and her handlers were fooling Nigerians by circulating pictures purportedly taken in the U.S. when they could have been of anywhere else, in an apparent attempt to keep to Mr. Fayose’s claims that the president’s wife cannot step on American soil.

“It is only in the world of the APC that wife of the President of Nigeria, the most populous black nation in the world would travel to the USA, ostensibly to debunk her involvement in a major scam and no television station will report her departure and arrival. The question is, did she travel to USA or Qatar?” the PDP said.

But on August 5, Mr. Olayinka had said in a response to a Twitter update that Mr. Fayose did not say Mrs. Buhari could not visit the U.S. “Has traveling to the US invalidated the judgment that said Aisha Buhari transferred $170,000 to Jefferson’s account?” he said, in apparent admission that Mr. Fayose had become aware of Mrs. Buhari’s presence in the United States.

Presidential spokesperson, Femi Adesina and Garba Shehu, did not respond to repeated calls and text messages seeking comments for this story.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State has said that the State chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC) comment on the purported visit of the Wife of the President, Mrs Aisha Buhari to the United States of America (USA) as a function of total ignorance and mischief, saying; “Even the Presidency has not told anyone that wife
of the President travelled to the USA and in official communications, only ignorant and mischief makers in the APC will belief that a trip to the USA will be made by Mrs Buhari and Nigerians will only get to know about it through online media.”

The PDP, which said it would have ignored the APC and allowed those in the party to continue to wallow in their self-deceit, adding that “it is only in the world of the APC that wife of the President of Nigeria, the most populous black nation in the world would travel to the USA, ostensibly to debunk her involvement in a major scam and no television station will report her departure and arrival. The question is, did she travel to USA or Qatar?”

In a statement issued on Monday by the State Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Mr Jackson Adebayo, the party said; “If the Presidency has not been bold enough to tell Nigerians that Mrs Aisha Buhari travelled to the USA on official visit, only a party of scammers like the APC will go on the rooftops to celebrate photoshoped pictures as evidence of visit to USA.”

The party said “it is strange that wife of the President of Nigeria could travel to the USA and purportedly attended events there without international television stations like CNN, Al jazeera, BBC, Sky News etc and local stations like Channels TV, NTA, AIT and others reporting it. Or are they still ‘editing’ the video clips?”

While casting doubt at the purported trip, the PDP said: “Even if Mrs Aisha Buhari actually travelled to the USA, does that erase the fact that in the judgment delivered by the United State District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, USA, in criminal No 1: 07CR209, that indicted the USA Congressman, Williams Jefferson, it was mentioned that $170,000 was transferred from account in Nigeria in the name of Aisha Buhari to an account in the name of The ANJ Group, LLC, identifying William Jefferson as beneficiary?”

The statement read further; “As a party of responsible and discerning minds, the PDP in Ekiti State would have elected to ignore the APC and allow the party the freedom to advertise it idiocy. This is more so that the matter is now a subject of litigation and the no one has denied the existence of the judgment that indicted Williams Jefferson and featured conspicuously at page 22, the name of Aisha Buhari as having transferred $170,000 from account in Nigeria to William Jefferson.

“Most importantly, Nigerians have witnessed more heinous forgeries from the APC, one of them being pictorial claim that President Buhari (as APC presidential candidate then) had an interview with Kemi Fadojutimi on ‘All Eyes on Africa’ TV show in London, whereas the interview was held in Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.

“However, it is important to point out that from all evidences, the pictures circulated as arrival of President Buhari’s wife at Dulles International Airport, Washington DC could have been taken at the Doha International Airport, Qatar. Even on the official website of George Mason University and US Institute of Peace, USA where the president’s was said to have attended events, there is nothing to show that she attended any event in the two institutions.

“We have seen pictures of Wife of the Senate President, Toyin Saraki with President Barrack Obama’s wife, Michelle. We also saw pictures of Mrs Patience Jonathan with Michelle Obama when she visited the USA. Where are Aisha Buhari’s pictures with the First Lady of USA and major government officials from the country? Or could she have arrived and departed from the USA like a spirit?”

“It is even more important that nothing official has been said about the purported trip. Not from the President’s spokespersons.”

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (IMPOTENCE)

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse. It is also sometimes also referred to as impotence.

Having erection trouble from time to time isn't necessarily a cause for concern. If erectile dysfunction is an ongoing issue, however, it can cause stress, affect your self-confidence and contribute to relationship problems. Problems getting or keeping an erection also can be a sign of an underlying health condition that needs treatment and a risk factor for heart disease down the road.

Furthermore, it is worthy to state clearly that occasional ED is not uncommon. Many men experience it during times of stress. However, frequent ED can be a sign of health problems that need treatment. It can also be a sign of emotional or relationship difficulties that may need to be addressed by a professional. Also, not all male sexual problems are caused by ED. Other types of male sexual dysfunction include:

• premature ejaculation
• delayed or absent ejaculation
• lack of interest in sex.

The prevalence of ED increases with age. ED affects only four percent of men in their 50s, but nearly 17 percent of men in their 60s. Furthermore, almost half of all men over the age of 75 will suffer from ED.

Although the risk of ED increases with age, ED is not an inevitable consequence of getting older. It may be more difficult to get an erection as you age, but that does not necessarily you mean you will develop ED. In general, the healthier a man is, the better his sexual function.

HOW DOES A MAN GET AN ERECTION?

An erection is the result of increased blood flow into the penis. Blood flow is usually stimulated by either sexual thoughts or direct contact with the penis.

When a man becomes sexually excited, muscles in the penis relax. This relaxation allows for increased blood flow through the penile arteries. This blood fills two chambers inside the penis called the corpora cavernosa. As the chambers fill with blood, the penis grows rigid. Erection ends when the muscles contract and the accumulated blood can flow out through the penile veins.  

ED can occur because of problems at any stage of the erection process. For example, the penile arteries may be too damaged to open properly and allow blood in.

The potential causes of ED are numerous. They include:

• cardiovascular disease
• diabetes
• damage from cancer or surgery
• injuries
• stress
• anxiety
• relationship problems
• drug use
• alcohol use
• smoking

These factors can work singly or in ccombination

WHAT ARE THE  SYMPTOMS OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION?

Erectile dysfunction, ED, is defined as an inability to get or sustain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. It has no other symptoms.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE REMEDIES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION?

ED is a treatable condition. There are a number of ED treatments available. The type of treatment generally depends on the underlying cause of ED. 

Treatments for ED range from counseling and lifestyle changes to drugs and surgery. However, there is a new technology that has proven very effective in the treatment of ED. It is known as shockwave therapy.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY TO TREAT ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

As mentioned above, there is a new technology that has been well researched and found very effective in the treatment of ED. It is the use of Low-intesity shock wave treatment (LIST) which can be used to actually grow new blood vessels in the penis thereby improving the sex life of many.

The current hardship in Nigeria was orchestrated by former president Goodluck Jonathan and the PDP,  but not Buhari as widely speculated by Nigerians. This was made known by Rev. Father Mbaka.

The goal was from a header by Sadiq Umar who opened scoring at the first encounter against Japan.Sadiq netted the header from a well placed cross at the 40th minute of the encounter.

Nigeria currently tops Group B with maximum six points. The team will play Columbia in the last match of group stage on the 10th of August.

RIO OLYMPICS 2016: French gymnast Samir Ait Said discovered the perils of pursuing his Olympic dreams when he suffered a broken leg that was left dangling from below his knee following a crash landing from the vault during men's qualifying on Saturday.

But it soon became apparent that he would take no further part in the Rio Games when he was lifted onto a stretcher that had been brought into the arena.After a delay of several minutes, he was eventually wheeled out and raised one arm to acknowledge the loud ovation he received from the crowd.

NIGERIA'S MEDAL HOPEFUL, SEGUN TORIOLA, CRASHES OUT OF RIO OLYMPICS 2016.

From Rio comes this report that One of Nigeria’s medal hopefuls in the table tennis event of the Rio Olympic Games has crashed out.
Segun Toriola, who advanced to the second round in the male singles on Saturday, was beaten 4-2 by his Japanese challenger, Niwa Koki, on Sunday.
Toriola, 41, beat Koki 9-11 in the first set before the Japanese rallied back to dominate the second set 11-5.
Koki also won the third set 11-7 before Toriola triumphed in the fourth set, leaving scores at 4-11.
At that point, it appeared the Nigerian would overpower his challenger for the rest of the match. But Koki was in no mood to concede.
The Japanese overpowered Toriola 11-6, 11-1 in the fifth and sixth sets respectively to bring total scores at 4-2.
Toriola was one of Nigeria’s medal prospects and his ouster is a big setback for Nigeria’s ambition to return home with medals.
Toriola, who is making a record appearance in the competition, had on Saturday beaten Dmitrij Prokopcov of the Czech Republic 4-2 in the Men’s Singles Round One
